Raffle House's legal team work to make sure that everything is ready for seamless and swift conveyancing. If you want, you can hire your own lawyers and we'll throw in £1,500 to cover those costs.

However, we've set everything up so that you don't need to hire lawyers - this isn't a usual property deal and we've already covered all of the paperwork for you!

We're also throwing in £3,000 to cover utilities, council tax, and the like for the first year so the cost of a ticket is all the winner will pay. Sound good? 😇
