Raffle House recognises that winning a property isn't much of a prize if you're then lumbered with a hefty Stamp Duty tax bill too. 

That's why we cover Stamp Duty up to £30,000, which means that even if you already own a property and so would be liable for the extra 3%, we've got you covered - no winner will pay a penny in tax!

Raffle House's legal team work to make sure that everything is ready for a seamless and swift contract transference. If you want, you can hire your own lawyers to make sure that everything is above board and we'll throw in £1,500 to cover those costs.

However, we've set everything up so that you don't need to hire lawyers - this isn't a usual property deal and we've already covered all of the paperwork for you!

We're also throwing in £3,000 to cover utilities, council tax and the like for the first year so £10 is all the winner will pay. Sound good? 😇
