Our properties are hand-picked by us because we know that they'll make amazing prizes. They are in great condition and require no work - the idea is you can move in or start renting them immediately.

We also know that price isn't something that we want to get wrong, so every property is valued by a third-party estate agent.

We also want properties to be as cheap as possible while also remaining prize-worthy. The reason being, the more a property costs, the more tickets we have to sell. This both increases the odds of winning as well as costing us more money to advertise, both of which we want to avoid.
